The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today released the schedule for the Personality Tests (Interviews) of the Civil Services (Main) Examination. As per the schedule, the UPSC interviews will begin from January 7, 2025. The detailed schedule has been uploaded at the UPSC website — upsc.gov.in.
The interview schedule of 2845 candidates, indicating their roll number, date and session of interview from January 7 to April 17. 2025 has been uploaded at the UPSC website. Reporting time for forenoon session is 9 am and 1 pm for the afternoon session.
UPSC also stated that the e-summon letters of interviews of the selected 2845 candidates will be made available shortly, which may be downloaded from the official website of the Commission. No request for change in the date and time of the personality test intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained.
Additionally, the candidate who has not finally submitted the DAF-II within the stipulated date and time, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and no e-Summon Letter shall be issued to that candidate as instructed earlier in para 5.2 of the Press Note/Notice dated 09.12.2024 declaring the result of written part of Civil Services (Main) Examination-2024.
Candidates appearing for interview will be granted reimbursement towards travelling expenses for appearing in the interview which will be restricted only to the Second/Sleeper class train fare (Mail Express). In case, the candidates perform their journey by any other mode/class, the same will be dealt as per S.R.-132 and the Commission’s guidelines, available on the Commission’s website. The candidates will have to submit hard copies/Print out of both ways tickets, showing the details of fare alongwith the prescribed T.A. contribution claim form duly filled in duplicate.
